What it does

How it works.

Polls public Reddit feeds for client-relevant keywords, scores sentiment and relevance, raises alerts against configurable thresholds, and drafts a suggested, human-reviewed reply for each flagged thread. Reddit-only today; YouTube/LinkedIn presence tracking is planned.
