What it does
How it works.
A consultant creates a per-client-company or per-industry 'folder' backed by an OpenAI vector store, then chats with a streaming AI assistant whose answers are grounded in that folder's uploaded DEI/workplace-fairness documents. Users pick a model and reasoning effort, watch tool calls and reasoning indicators as the assistant works, and can share a chat with teammates via a share modal. Auth is via Firebase, and chats are organized in a sidebar with folder-scoped access permissions.
