What it does

How it works.

A user connects this MCP server to claude.ai (or Claude Desktop/Code via the bundled plugin) and asks natural-language questions about a company's Fair360 DEI benchmarking metrics — attrition/VTO rates, promotion rates, program effectiveness, peer comparisons, ERG participation, financial impact. Claude calls the server's tools to pull the data, reasons over it in chat, and, on request, assembles a full benchmarking report, executive brief, and BRG recommendations as downloadable .docx files.
